Our Approaches - Counselling

A Humanistic Foundation

Humanistic psychologists believe that every person has their own unique way of perceiving and understanding the world. We focus on specific therapeutic goals which are readily workable as well as holistic and create a safe space for interaction between the therapist and you, the client. We look beyond the idea of pathologizing a psychological problem and believe in the presence of neurodiversity where each mind has its own patterns, gifts and complexities.

Ratio Emotive Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

RECBT is the pioneering form of cognitive behavior therapy developed by Dr. Albert Ellis. REBT is an action-oriented approach to managing cognitive, emotional, and behavioral disturbances.  It is one of the most effective forms of therapy cutting across all age groups with longterm benefits.

Narrative Approaches

Painting, storytelling, poetry, gardening, sculpting and other forms of creative expression have proven to have observable positive effects in improving mental and emotional wellness. We conduct workshops and group therapy modules incorporating these components for our participants to immerse themselves creatively.

Organizational Training

Corporate Counseling

We harness principles of organizational psychology and group therapy models to help organizations weed out dysfunctional habits in their talent pools. We help leaders inculcate an openness for deep and reflective listening, resonant leadership,  laying down the groundwork for sensitivity, diversity and a collaborative work culture.

Organizational Behaviour & Development

We specialise in understanding and impacting the key markers for organizational behaviour and leadership development through appreciative inquiry, transactional analysis and a combination of psychometrics, in-class, virtual and micro-learning methodologies. We conduct Instructional Skills Workshops for new trainers and design comprehensive, well researched yet easily grasped content.

Women-focused Workspaces

We are a woman led company and we believe in empowering women leaders within the corporate world. We specialise in creating and conducting workshops to help women in any workplace climb up their career ladders with flourish and confidence.

Wellness Coaching

Incorporating principles of PERMA (Positive Emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning and purpose, and Accomplishments) and mindfulness we work with you on a 1-on-1 basis to help accomplish your life goals, subside past pains and chisel a healthy future.

We combine positive psychology, mindfulness training with reflective listening exercises and bring about a radical compassion to corporate work culture through our coaching sessions. We also work with participants in high-powered corporate environments to reduce and manage emotional stress.

Our seminars and group workshops act as a community bridges and empower groups of people to create meaning and momentum through education, engagement and building of emotional as well as psychological connections with other members within their ecosystem.
